    Elimination of common faults of jaw crusher

     Common faults: after sharp splitting sound, the moving jaw stops swinging, the flywheel continues to rotate, and the tie rod spring is relaxed. Reason: the crushing chamber enters the material or other reasons which can not be broken, and causes the thrust plate to destroy. Troubleshooting: turn on the pull rod nut, remove the spring rod, the movable jaw hang replacement thrust plate.

          1、common faults: after sharp splitting sound, the moving jaw stops swinging, the flywheel continues to rotate, the tie rod spring loose.
         Reason: the crushing chamber enters the material or other reasons which can not be broken, and causes the thrust plate to destroy.
         Troubleshooting: turn on the pull rod nut, remove the spring rod, the movable jaw hang replacement thrust plate.
          2、common faults: broken plate jitter and produce impact sound.
         Reason: broken plate fixed bolt loose. Fracture of fixed bolt of broken plate.
         Rule out: fasten the broken plate fixing bolts, such as the looseness of the spring and prevent the spring from being replaced. Replacement bolt.
         3、common faults: flywheel rotation, broken stop, thrust plate from the bearings out.
         Reason: pull rod spring or rod break.
         Rule out: replace damaged parts.
         4、 common faults: thrust plate bearings in the impact of sound or other abnormal sound.
         Reason: Spring tightness is not enough or broken. Wear or relaxation of thrust plate bearings. Thrust plate elbow worn badly. The adjusting device of the discharge port is not evenly adjusted, resulting in inconsistent thrust plates.
         Rule out: tighten the spring or replace the spring. Replace thrust plate support. Replace thrust plate. Adjusting device reset is feed.
         5、 common faults: flywheel loose.
         Cause: the key is too loose, the key and keyway wear seriously. The axle end locking device is loose.
         Method: the key matter, or reopen replacement key keyway. Tighten the axle end locking device.
         6、 common faults: broken products increased particle size.
         The reason is that the bottom of the jaw plate is seriously worn.
         Elimination method: adjust the material outlet adjustment device, reduce the discharge port, if not, you can change or replace the jaw board.
         7、 common faults: broken cavity blocked, the main motor current higher than the normal running current.
         Reason: large stones into the crushing cavity above, but not broken, causing congestion. Belt machine crusher following fault discharge opening blocked. Enter the sticky material and other debris, blocking the discharge port, the amount of feed is too large.
         Rule out: after stopping, tie the big rock with wire rope, and then hoist the big stones out of the crusher. Stop feeding and eliminate the failure of belt conveyor. As soon as possible, do not stop the crusher. Stop feeding and dredge the outlet. At this point,          keep the crusher as much as possible. Slow down the speed of the feeder and reduce the feed.
         8、 common faults: Bearing fever (more than the allowable temperature).
         Reason: the tubing is blocked and the lubricant flow is not smooth. The oil pump leaks and the supply pressure is insufficient. The lubricant is too dirty and mixed with debris. The clearance between the Bush and the shaft is too small. Improper selection of            lubricant, too large or too small. The oil temperature heater is not heated before starting in winter. The oil is too sticky. In the summer, the lubricating oil from the oil pump fails to pass through the oil cooler or oil cooler, such as water pipe blockage, water flow and water supply. Failure of bearing circulating cooling water equipment, such as blockage, etc.. The discharge port is too small (the thrust plate is too long) so that the eccentric shaft is too stressed. The belt is too tight and the shaft is too strong to bear.
    Removal method: dredge and clean the tubing. Repair oil pump. Clean the Bush and replace the lubricant. Open the bearings, re scrape tiles, increase tile mouth pad, adjust the gap. Replace the lubricating oil. Oil temperature heater. Eliminate oil cooling faults and allow lubrication to pass through the cooler. Eliminate the failure of the bearing circulating cooling water unit. Adequate relaxation of the discharge port. Loosen the belt, not too tight
         9、 common faults: bearing oil leakage (mainly in the bearing structure, oil from the middle through the gap between the Bush and rocker, to both sides of penetration).
         The reason is that the deformation of the bush or the inaccuracy of processing result in the poor matching between the Bush and the rocker. The gap between the shaft and the bearing liner is too small to increase the oil pressure between the two bearings.
         To remove: replace the bush. Adjust the gap, it is best to make the gap between the two side is slightly greater than the middle of the gap.
         10、 common faults: adjust wedge seat block failure
         The reason: the wedge top seat moves horizontally too far.
         To remove the method: pull the wedge back to the back.
         11、 common faults: eccentric shaft fracture.
         A sudden, heavy load (as falling into a piece of iron).
         Elimination method: control large load, strengthen iron removal measures.
         12、 Common faults: fault of moving jaw.
         Cause: bear heavy load. Poor material. Poorly designed or cast.
         Method: to prevent excessive load (size control, anti block access). Improved material. Improving design to improve manufacturing quality.
         13、 common faults: oil system oil pressure drops.
         Reason: the oil pump is out of order. Oil supercooling. Fuel valve failure.
         Troubleshooting: repair pump. Heating oil. Repair or replace an oil supply valve.
         14、 common faults: oil supply system oil pressure rise, oil temperature rise accordingly.
         Cause: blocked tubing or clogged tubing in parts.
         Cleaning method: clean oil pipe, oil groove, or change filter screen.
